Contract Private Chef

My name is Shola Olunloyo and Studiokitchen is my blog. While the name Studiokitchen has been used for some of my past edeavors and social experiments regarding the appreciation of food, the word simply describes how I see chefs as both artists and artisans.
I am currently a private chef. I work on contract for various clients all over the country. The core of my work currently involves orchestrating small food and wine focused multiple course dinner parties.
My cooking is creative-modern that focuses of deliciousness without resorting to making intellectual statements that compromise ultimate flavor and result in muted dishes. I also put some emphasis on maximizing flavor without the gratuitous use of fats, oils and butter. I work in Philadelphia, New York, Los Angeles and South Florida.
