just wondering. Do you use liquid, granual, or powdered lecithin. I've tried to use liquid to foam nut milks but It seems to separate and cling to the blender

diego,
from my understandings and readings, lecithin is a lipid aka fat, it will bind with water and rehydrate in water when it is added in powder form but I only use the liquid lecithin when I want to make a lipid foam. oh yeah and make sure that your fat is very warm or hot so it can be loose enought to whip up!
