Nice to see you rockin' the peet pellets, I'm in the midst of all the gardening prep too. I have Lemon cukes, Ancho chile's, red veined sorrel starting indoors till our tempermental weather settles.
You have to transplant slowly.
I actually leave the sprouted seeds at the garden plot for about 12 days un-transplanted to get them acclimated to the change. Very important.
I also use drip irrigation system so they stay moist.

I had some good success sprouting heirloom seeds this year but most died when transplanting outside. Whats your outside setup?
