"Truffled" is not an adjective.
You can add truffles to something.
You can even add truffle juice.
Hopefully not truffle oil.
But you cannot "truffle" something.

But wouldn't this be a direct translation of the french "truffé" as in poularde de bresse "trufée" pour deux for example? not saying it's right just saying...
