Pappadums
Americans are not so familiar with Pappadums.
Thanks to the Indians and Pakistanis especially in Southall, one would starve rowing up in England.
Papads are delicious indian wafers, sort of like the doritos of India.
They come in different flavors and are perfect for garnishing earthy soups.
Despite the instructions, no self respecting Indian household microwaves papads.
