Breakfast is Dinner
There is never a shortage or very odd requests in my world, usually my answers range from "No" to "What are you smoking", however every now and then comes a request that is curiously interesting and is too good to pass up. Breakfast as dinner, essentially a dinner party in which all the courses are breakfast themed without being dishes you would actually eat for breakfast.
Or maybe, perhaps you would.
After tasting all the dishes, I decided this was the right order even though wine progression might dictate sardines before cepes but the delicacy of oatmeal with cepes and castelmagno changes the equation.
Now is should be fun pairing wines with "breakfast".
English may not be Italian to New Yorkers but breakfast apparently can be dinner.
By the way Chamomile is the new black.
Chamomile tea infused with Combava (dried Kaffir Lime not the leaves, the actual lime) and Hendricks gin is off the hook.
