AIR.

I was walking through home depot today and it just occurred to me, has anyone thought about sticking a huge air compressor in a restaurant and running air cables through the walls to outlets in the kitchen. Before you laugh hear me out. I used to run a high end bike shop several years ago with a similar setup. The interesting thing about compressed air is not only can it be used for direct tasks like blowing sand and dirt off mushrooms or reverse liposuction on poultry to separate the skin from the meat much like the chinese do for crispy duck skin, there are also a multiplicity of "air tools" like saws and spray guns. Seriously why have a huge meatsaw when you can just have an efficient air driven tool.
Air compressors cost about $600 for a huge one and runs on less electricity than a walk in refrigerator. I know pastry chefs for one would come up with interesting things to do.
All for less that 1/4 the price of a pacojet.

The catch : you would have to draw it into your schematics.
Translation: New restaurant.
