2008 Manifesto

I know what my purpose is, it is my deepest desire to continue to create deliciousness.
Everything will be aligned towards it.
Distractions will be removed.
Detours will be avoided.
This is not going to continue to be just a job.
It never was.
It is a life and this life will become a fuller expression of that goal.

We must be willing to look at everything differently.
We must be willing to change everything especially how we think.

At the end of the day, after requisite analysis
We must act with strong decisive action.

We must be consciously open to recieve what is next.
What is next is not just about food.

CHATEAU D'YQUEM

I have barely started thinking and the challenges are starting fast and furious.
I just received an e-mail asking if I have any interest in cooking for a 6 course

D'YQUEM  dinner.

My response, are you kidding, hell yes.

What to do, what to do.

Cold foie gras for sure.

What else, the wheels are turning.
This one should be fun.
