My First Brunch
I love sunday brunches but I've never cooked one ever until last week.
Some friends suggested champagne and bloody marys would be a great way to start a leisurely sunday.
You know what happens when you get me involved, before you could say "over easy", there was caviar with lemon vodka egg mousse on brioche toast, tangerine mimosa's, a fantastic tortilla from Jose Andres's tapas book, Salmorejo, Hamachi ceviche and roasted golden beets.
I could get used to this.
